The hotel has a luxurious chalet feel, almost like a ski resort, with a swimming pool, sauna, and WiFi throughout. Its mountain setting is especially peaceful and quiet. Rocks, wood, and wrought iron create a rustic, almost medieval atmosphere, while cloth tablecloths and napkins and the lack of plastic suggest real attention to the environment. The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful. Prices are a little above average, but the experience is worth it. We stayed at the end of October.

The natural view was very good, but that was the main positive. The room was not worth what we paid. There was no shampoo or conditioner, the hair dryer did not work, the bed was unclean, and the towels were torn. The pool was cold and the sauna was broken. We asked reception repeatedly, but nothing was repaired. We also explained everything to the waiter, yet he did not even say sorry. We won’t return.

The receptionist was the only person who provided good service. Otherwise, the tables were dirty, our food came without hand napkins, and the soup took 15 minutes to arrive. I didn’t like the service.

I was disappointed by both the food and the room. For this price, the room quality is poor, and you can find the same thing for 45-50 euros. The pie and pasta arrived well before the salads, and the ingredients did not seem organic at all, more like city or supermarket products. The service was bad too.

Fresh air, amazing views, and delicious food made this one of the best places I’ve visited in the area. The staff were friendly, the service was good, and the welcoming feeling started as soon as we arrived. Guides are available too, with short or long options depending on your interests. I’ll definitely come back!!!!!
