White City Hotel

The most memorable part of my stay was the care from the staff. I accidentally left a very sentimental earring in my room, and they found it and arranged express shipping to my next destination without charging me. That was incredibly generous and rare. The hotel is right in the heart of town, with everything within walking distance. Parking is arranged about 2 minutes away, which was very convenient when arriving by car. Breakfast was another highlight, with a beautiful view over the old city and a buffet of local delicacies, fresh fruit and vegetables, homemade breads, spreads, eggs, cheeses, and cured meats. The staff were attentive, kind, and available 24/7. I wholeheartedly recommend the White City Hotel and would absolutely return.

We also had dinner at the hotel, and the service was excellent. The staff were very accommodating, the portions were large, and the food was really tasty. Much of what they serve is grown or produced locally by themselves. The hotel building is well maintained and super clean. Our room was big, with a very comfortable bed and pillow, and the breakfast selection was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Really recommended.

My room was on the top floor and included a small balcony with a really nice view. The reception staff were super nice and helpful, and the hotel is right in the centre with easy access to everything. I stayed for two nights. Just for information, there is no elevator in the property.

The location was perfect, and the free parking was pretty good. The staff were friendly too. Unfortunately, the bedroom was run down and not somewhere I wanted to spend time. One window lacked proper blackout curtains, the chairs were very dirty, and I found other people’s hair everywhere. Nothing felt really clean. Breakfast was good in terms of taste, but everything was cold and didn’t seem very fresh. You can definitely find something better for even cheaper, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
