We really enjoyed the view and the comfortable bed. My wife and I prefer a very cold room at night, and I think the AC was set to a fixed temperature, but it worked out fine. We had lunch at the café on the boardwalk, then returned in the afternoon for a drink and a snack. The food was outstanding, and our servers Admiral Gabriel,Kleo,Raj,Dhionis and Ayoub. were wonderful. Orhan, the MGR, also went out of his way to make our stay outstanding. We’ll come back when we’re in the area.

We had to call five times before anyone came to clean our room, which really wasn’t good. It seemed like they were short of staff. The hotel team are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The spa and pool are very nice, and the location is good. Breakfast could be better, though. It doesn’t feel like a four or five star breakfast, and it needs Indian and Japanese corners and better items. I’d also like tea and some fruit after a spa treatment. Looking forward to seeing the casino and top floor.
