The staff were kind and the rooms were clean, though the rooms had their best days a few years ago. The quality was still satisfying for the price.

The rooms were clean, the price was good, and the beachfront location was great. Guest services took good care of everyone, spoke English very well, and tried to meet all our requests.

The hotel is rated 3 stars, but the service from the staff felt like 5 star. Everyone was helpful, and the manager went out of his way for good customer service. We arrived around 2:30 or 3am and got a quadruple room. Since we went to sleep late, we missed the chance to get up in time for breakfast. When we explained our late check-in, the manager prepared breakfast for us, and the kids loved it. The staff got us everything we asked for, and the manager let us check out late without charging extra. The room and toilet were clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the Android smart TV kept the kids happy. The quadruple room had plenty of space for us, and the hotel is 20 meters from the beach. Our whole family loved staying here.
