They welcomed us warmly even though we arrived late in the evening. For 25€ per night, including the room bar but not breakfast, we got a nice, clean room, and the bathroom looked very good for an Albanian hotel. The old air conditioner was loud and struggled with the hot weather. Also, the road to the hotel isn't very good.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the hotel is comfortable, quiet, and has a great view. Breakfast is more than enough, although it consists only of sweet products. The access road might worry less experienced drivers, but once you're on it, you'll find it isn't difficult at all.

The hotel sits on a hill with a beautiful view, and under normal circumstances we would have rated it 4 out of 5. Unfortunately, our bathroom had mold and the bathtub was unstable. Then we were accidentally charged twice. I've been messaging for three months trying to get a refund, which feels very unprofessional.

The road to the hotel is in poor condition, and the shower smelled a bit, possibly from mold. Breakfast was quite limited, so the hotel itself definitely wasn't worth ten points or the money. There are restaurants within walking distance, though, and the fast food place at the end serves cheap, good pita gyros.

The staff were all very polite and helpful, and they really tried to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was great, with clean rooms, big fluffy towels, and vegetables prepared for breakfast as we requested.
