The hotel sits at the edge of the old town, so it’s easy to head out and explore, while the place itself stays nice and quiet. The rooms were lovely, with strong AC, comfortable beds and big, clean showers with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was huge and delicious, with lots of homemade jams, and the restaurant terrace overlooks the valley. Antonio was very kind. He helped us with our luggage from the parade and welcomed us with water with lemon and basil and Turkish delight. I’d accidentally booked three single beds for my husband, daughter and me, but he noticed and changed the room without me asking. Would recommend!

Antoni was especially helpful, understanding and generous, and the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated during our brief stay. It’s a lovely, comfortable hotel at a good price, right in the heart of Gjirokastër. I’d happily recommend the hotel and the lovely people working there.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant, and I honestly think that was a mistake. The terrace feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the Old Town, especially compared with nearby restaurants. The service there is perfect, so I’d really recommend visiting it. You’ll see what I mean when you’re in town. The hotel itself is a great place to stay. The service is classy, and the beds were genuinely comfortable, especially the mattresses. Even excellent hotels often have bad beds, but not here. I agree with the other recent 5 star reviews.

The terrace is spacious, and the service was friendly. It’s in a great spot, with a view up toward the castle and across the surroundings. The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re a good size and beautifully decorated. A lovely, cosy hotel, with a good breakfast too.

The terrace faces out toward the valley, with sweeping views and a quiet feel, even though the lively bazaar, shops and places to eat are right outside. This little family hotel is right in the center. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and the cosy rooms are furnished with real care.
