The location is right in the central old town, and the rooms have a lovely heritage feel alongside a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout. He sent a Google Maps link before we arrived, which we should have used since we got lost looking up the hotel ourselves. He also shared a town itinerary and restaurant recommendations, and carried our big suitcases up the stairs for us. We had such a lovely stay and the hospitality was incredible.

The room itself was decent, but it couldn't make up for the rest of the stay. The location wasn't convenient, breakfast was poor quality, and the owner's wife was rude and unwelcoming to guests the whole time. It made an already disappointing experience worse. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or return.

Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were neat and clean. The owners are lovely and really make an effort to help. It's easy to get to everything in the old town.

The family running this hotel were the best part, such nice people who went out of their way to help us. They also found parking right beside the hotel for our car. It's in a lovely spot above the bazaar and below the castle. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. There's a sparkling pool with plenty of loungers and large umbrellas, and an extensive Albanian breakfast is included. Very nice all around.

We had planned on one night, but enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra one. The owners were kind and welcoming, and our spacious room had a comfortable bed, great AC, and a huge bathroom with a fantastic shower. The pool was a lovely break from the summer heat, and we had fun swimming and chatting with other guests. Everything is within a five-minute walk, and parking at the hotel is free. Getting there means driving up some steep, old roads, which is a bit challenging, but the views and stay make up for it. Breakfast was generous and delicious. This was our favorite place in Albania, we'd happily stay again.
