The evening music was so loud that we could not hear our own thoughts or the people at our table. When we asked for it to be lowered, they practically laughed and turned it up immediately. The staff were generally unpleasant and distant, which made the week feel more like purgatory than a holiday. The only beach in the area that was available to us was disgusting and clearly not cleaned, so we had to swim elsewhere, difficult with two children. Rooms were closer to hostel standard than a four star hotel: our sink was blocked, doors were misaligned and jammed, extra blankets were musty and dirty, and the baby cot had a broken mattress with no bedding. Food was ordinary and not exciting, though we probably would not have gone hungry. The all inclusive coffee was awful and the local drinks undrinkable, although paid drinks were available at the main bar. Strongly do not recommend.

I spent 10 days there and the service was very nice. The food was delicious, and the bar was available for drinks all day. The beach was nearby, the weather was great, and the sea was warm. It was the best vacation, and I will definitely come back to this great hotel.

The room was acceptable, but its old, flimsy door felt insecure, as if someone could kick it open. The unusual shower design had no proper walls and flooded the whole bathroom. Across the hotel, everything looked old, as though it had not been renovated for more than 20 years. Food and drinks seemed to use the lowest quality ingredients. Most food was terrible, often undercooked, unappealing, or nasty, though the pizza and chicken thighs were okay. Whiskey and white wine were almost undrinkable, beer was fine, and the juices and other soft drinks tasted artificial and looked nearly radioactive. Coffee from the extremely outdated machines was terrible. The beach is close and the sunbeds are free, which were a few positives, but pool cleaning involved dumping buckets of chlorine. WiFi was weak, there was no balcony drying rack, and the two tiny elevators kept malfunctioning. There was little around the hotel besides a couple of souvenir supermarkets, with a horrible garbage smell behind the building. On some days the sea was muddy, and the drinks were awful. I would not recommend the hotel or resort. The overall all inclusive experience was disappointing, and even the room, though okay, did not feel secure or comfortable.

From our balcony we could see the sea and feel the cool breeze, while the sunset view was mesmerizing. The water was crystal clear, making this a very suitable place to relax and chill. The staff know how to serve customers and are always willing to help with a smile. Food was good, fresh, and served on time, the rooms were well equipped, and the service was excellent.

The beach bar staff were fun to talk to, and their attentive, warm service made each visit enjoyable. Reception handled check in and check out professionally, while the waitresses stayed responsive and friendly throughout the all inclusive service. The head waitress provided strong leadership and kept the dining service running smoothly. Meals ranged from grilled seafood and vegetarian dishes to pasta, desserts, and pizza. Everything was delicious and well presented, and the head chef's direction kept the quality high. The approachable pizza maker also added to the experience with solid cooking and friendly interaction. Rooms were spacious, elegant, comfortable, and furnished with modern amenities. Cleaners kept the resort spotless and organized with clear attention to detail. Albania itself offers beautiful beaches along the Ionian and Adriatic Seas, mountains, valleys, welcoming locals, and lively cuisine. The resort provides good value for its cost across the rooms, dining, and service.
