The Wish House

The room was clean and comfortable, and we had great views from it. Staff were always friendly and accommodating whenever we needed them. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it 100%.

I was really happy with my stay. The apartment was clean and large, and the view was perfect. I’ll definitely come back again. Thank you for the hospitality 🥹☺️🌸

When we arrived, I noticed that the hotel name was different. At reception I said I had a reservation, and they asked if I was sure. Once I mentioned ‘the wish house’, they pointed outside to the building in front of them. I was shocked. The hotel shown in the pictures, including the swimming pool, is not the hotel where you are actually booked. You can use that pool, but only for an extra charge. I understand paying extra for something, but being placed in a different hotel is another matter. I’ll add pictures of the real wish house as well. They also left a family of 4 with only this much soap. This is a whole scam.

The modern, tasteful decor created a warm and inviting room, and the furniture was arranged thoughtfully so the space worked well. The linens were high quality too. It was impeccably clean when I arrived, which immediately made me comfortable. Customer service was just as strong. The staff were friendly, responsive, and professional, dealing with my questions or issues promptly and going above and beyond to keep the stay pleasant and hassle-free.
