The rooms are clean and cozy, making this a great hotel for anyone visiting with family. I’d recommend it and will definitely be visiting again next year.
Extremely clean hotel with great service. We had a great stay.
The hotel itself is fantastic, with new apartments and impeccable service from the hotel staff. Our package included umbrellas and parking at Green Coast, which we really appreciated, but the experience at the bathroom called Sunmarine was extremely disappointing. They treated us worse than dogs and were very rude, apparently because they thought we hadn't paid for breakfast, even though it was included in the package. We had to wait forever for breakfast and were spoken to rudely. It’s a shame because this ruined our experience in Dhërmi. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, I strongly advise against staying there. The hotel should speak with Sunmarine and ask for better treatment of its guests.
Although the hotel was full and we had no reservation, the guy at reception tried to find us another hotel through his contacts. He was very, very polite and helpful, and even gave us free water. I sincerely recommend him.
