The food was the letdown. My Caesar salad came with cold chicken, the pizza wasn't what I expected, and breakfast felt basic, with less variety and quality than I hoped for. The service throughout the stay was hospitable, and the location was excellent. The staff treated us very well, and an upgrade to an executive suite came as a wonderful surprise. The pool and spa were amazing, and parking was convenient.

Breakfast could use more variety. You can ask for omelettes, pancakes, and waffles, but I'd have liked more food on display, especially pastries and different fruits. Also, Google lists this as a 3-star hotel, and I think it should be looked into because this definitely feels like a 5-star place. The hotel sits in the mountains, with breathtaking views and a really peaceful feel. The city center is busy, so it was lovely to have somewhere quiet, still only a 20-minute drive from the main center. Our room was clean, and the pool and spa were amazing. The indoor pool stays open until 2am, and the atmosphere there was incredible. Staff were polite and helpful, with service I'd rate 10/10. If you're driving up, take care on the mountain roads. Some are bumpy, cars come fast, and the corners need watching. We had an amazing time and a memorable stay.

The decorations were beautiful, and the cake was honestly one of the best I've ever tasted. My girlfriend had planned a birthday surprise, and the hotel went beyond what I expected to make the occasion special. Jesse, Keisi, and Ledio were especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their care and attention made a great experience even better. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable stay.

The restaurant had good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Select Hill itself was peaceful, clean, and a good place for a short break near Tirana, especially if you want some fresh air away from the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice view, and the pool and spa were well maintained and relaxing. Service stood out: staff were calm, polite, quick to help, and the place felt well organized. I met the manager, Melsi, who was professional and attentive with guests. I'd definitely return.
