In Gallery Spa & Hotel

The room had an amazing view and the location was perfect, but some practical details need attention. One of the two sink faucets didn’t work, and the only small elevator in the building caused delays and could fit no more than four people. The staff were nice, though they didn’t explain much, so as a first-time guest I had to ask many questions to find my way around. I stayed only one night, so it wasn’t a major issue for me.

The breakfast was lovely, but the rest of the stay was a total disappointment. We found a dirty baby diaper in the suite as soon as we entered. The bathroom towels were cheap and didn’t dry properly, which was unacceptable at more than 340€ per night for the presidential suite. When we lit the wood chimney, smoke came into the room instead of going outside. We were nearly asphyxiated, our belongings smelled, and it took about 30 minutes for the smoke to clear. A staff member tried to find the problem but couldn’t, so I assume the chimney was not functional. Smoke also filled the dining area, corridors, and other hotel spaces because indoor smoking was allowed. It burned our eyes, made our clothes and bodies smell, and was especially unacceptable for children. I would not recommend this hotel or visit again.

Gerlie made our stay at IN Gallery Hotel & Spa Korçë especially memorable. She prepared a special hot chocolate for me and my friend, always greeted guests with a warm smile, and made us feel genuinely valued. The whole staff were professional and welcoming. I’d love to return with my family and friends, and I highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality.

The beautiful rooms and excellent spa are only part of what makes this hotel stand out. It’s in an amazing location, and the hotel itself is top-notch. If you’re coming to Korçe, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here.
