The reception guys even helped me put together a small surprise birthday party for my parent, which was an incredible help. I’m not associated with the hotel, but they left such a good impression that I felt like a VIP. The buffet breakfast had so many wonderful flavors, and the beds were soft enough to feel like sleeping on a cloud. The air conditioning was excellent and seemed to be the newest installation. Every room has a balcony for smoking, and the pool is a bit fancy and open for swimming until 11 pm. Room cleaning was great, too. For anyone planning a summer trip to Ksamil, this is where I’d book. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Thanks, and I hope you keep getting more and more happy clients.

The managers were incredibly kind when I caught a virus during the stay. They drove us to the hospital in their own car, stayed with us the whole time, and made sure we were okay. Their care was 100 out of 100, and I’ve never had service like that. The hotel is an easy 8-minute walk from the main beaches and beach clubs like Poda. Rooms looked brand new, spotless, and fresh. Breakfast had an amazing range, with nothing missing. The staff helped with absolutely everything we needed. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I was impressed on every level, and would rate it 10/10. If you’re coming to this area, stay here.

The room was modern, spacious, and clean, and the hotel is ideally placed near the beaches and lots of restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and ready to help. Whenever we needed something, asking once was enough, and they were happy to sort it out. I’ll definitely come back.

We were two women going out late every night, and we felt safe and well looked after by the amazing staff. The hotel is centrally located, very clean, and spacious, with a luxurious pool. Breakfast was fabulous and really rich, with everything you need. I’ll certainly return.

There’s plenty within walking distance, and the location is perfect. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds. I especially liked having breakfast around the pool. Such a great holiday choice, totally recommend it.
