My sister and I were treated with care and respect during our stay. The staff were friendly, the facilities clean, and we had air conditioning and a balcony. The hotel is beside the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants, and the sunsets in Ksamil were the best views. Best hotel ever, I’d recommend it. Thanks for a good experience.

Waking up to the smell of the sea was lovely. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was spotless, with daily cleaning. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel in Ksamil. Its location is hard to beat, just steps from the sea, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and we had a lovely three-night stay right in the heart of Ksamil. Bars, restaurants, shops, beaches, and more are all within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back.

Hotel Esmerald was beautiful, modern but cozy, and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. The service was what really made our stay, especially Ardi, who went above and beyond. He was professional, friendly, and attentive, remembered what we liked, shared great local recommendations, and greeted us with a genuine smile. We felt valued as guests. We also thought the price was really good for the comfort. It may not be the most luxurious hotel in the world, but it’s very pleasant, with a lovely view and great staff. Our experience was flawless from start to finish, and we strongly recommend it.
