We felt relaxed throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was tasty, offered in a good variety, and felt safe to eat. The location worked well too, close to both the beach and the city center. The staff were especially lovely, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The rooms were clean, though the toilet could have been cleaner. The area is extremely busy, and we could hear road noise in the rooms. Breakfast was poor, and the coffee was Nescafé powder. Proper coffee cost extra.

Hotel Mariksel was in a great spot near the beach and local attractions. The restaurant served fresh, delicious food with plenty of variety, and the service there was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel were kind, professional, and ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. I highly recommend Hotel Mariksel for a relaxing, enjoyable visit!

Cleanliness stood out: the rooms and shared areas were kept up and cleaned regularly, and the hygiene standards seemed high. The staff were friendly and helpful, with reception open around the clock and people able to speak Albanian and English. Guests often mention how warm and responsive the team is. Rooms are roomy and have the basics, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, Wi-Fi, and a balcony. Some look out to the sea, while others face the garden or street, where traffic noise may be noticeable. There’s free private parking, an on-site restaurant and bar, Wi-Fi throughout, a shuttle on request, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

We had such a good family trip to Ksamil, and Hotel Mariksel was a great fit. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning. Everything felt clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful the whole time. The location was amazing. I’d highly recommend it to anyone heading to Ksamil.
