Niklas Boutique Hotel

The people working here made our stay. As we’ve traveled around the Albanian Riviera, we haven’t met a more welcoming, warm, professional, and organized team. The receptionist was already waiting when we arrived, with our papers and keys ready, and knew our names. That made everything simple. They even asked ahead of time what we’d like for breakfast and how we wanted our eggs. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and well located. We’d love to return.

We stayed just one night between a full day on the bus from Tirana and catching the ferry to Corfu. The location suited both parts of the trip. The facilities felt new and modern, breakfast was okay, and the service staff were friendly.

Breakfast was generous and nicely prepared, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the ferry port and promenade. This is a stylish, modern boutique hotel with compact, comfortable rooms. The staff were brilliant, especially Claudia and Alejandro. I’d stay again.

There was nobody at reception when we first arrived, which made for a shaky start, but a text to the hotel sorted it out quickly. From then on, things went smoothly. The staff were very kind and helpful, kept checking if we needed anything, and often went above and beyond. Our room was very clean and had modern amenities. Breakfast was excellent value, with plenty to choose from, including bread, crepes, cake, pancakes, and more. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Sarandë.
