The location made getting around easy: a shop is about 20 meters away, the first beach takes a 10 minute walk, and the city center is 5 minutes away. There’s parking on the property. We had one of the smaller rooms, which was fine for the two of us, and its simple, new furnishings were lovely. Service was excellent and pleasant. I was surprised that the room was cleaned every other day. The Wi-Fi was a little weak, but enough for essentials like maps and trip planning.

Good value for money, with lots of private parking. The host was kind and helpful, and they cleaned every three days. It’s a nice, quiet spot by the lake, with the center and beaches a 5-10 minute walk away.

Anna made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived at Villa Zeka, even offering us drinks. When we asked for another chair, it was brought right away. The family run feel made the place homely. We liked being away from the bustle of Ksamil’s main street, while still being able to walk there and to the beaches easily. For the price, the rooms offer a lot: they’re clean, well kept, nicely decorated, and fairly spacious. Ours had a balcony, and all rooms have a generous outdoor area. There’s a kitchenette with basic equipment and utensils, enough for making breakfast and snacks, which is what we did. A small supermarket is right across from Villa Zeka, and another supermarket is a five to seven minute walk away. The closest beach is about ten minutes on foot. Big thumbs up to Anna and her family.

The owner was very polite, and the modern, clean apartment had a big balcony. It’s really close to the beach. I recommend it!
