We’re back at Tani's for a second summer, and the location makes it a great family holiday spot, close to the beach. The rooms are clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Tani is the kindest host you could ask for. Thanks, and well done!

Tani and his parents made us feel so welcome, and communication with Tani was great. The place is clean and nice, near both the beach and the center. We’re very happy with our stay at Tani's Greathouse, and I’d recommend it without hesitation. 10+.

The location was spot on, right in the center of Ksamil and about 150 m from the beach. We couldn’t understand all the positive reviews before we arrived at Tanis Guesthouse, but then we saw for ourselves why he’s the best host we could have asked for. The hospitality and service were unlike anything we’d find elsewhere. We’re definitely coming next year!

We spent 10 days in Ksamil with our family and had a great time. The rooms were comfortable, and Tani and family made us feel welcome, respected, and looked after. That’s what Albanian hospitality should feel like. Looking forward to next time!

Tani was an extremely hospitable host when I visited years ago. I had a nice, clean room with a bathroom, and he also ran the bar downstairs, where there was always plenty of cold beer and glasses waiting in the freezer. A lovely, friendly family business.
