I don’t recommend this apartment. The owner wouldn’t let me stay even for one night, despite the booking showing the room as available. The service wasn’t friendly. Stay away.

Breakfasts are generous and varied, and the restaurant serves freshly prepared versions of the same standard dishes you’ll find at trendier places, but at a lower price. It’s a good restaurant and well worth recommending for a meal. Florand and his whole family are kind and welcoming, and the location in Ksamil is excellent and very quiet. It feels like being at home, not just another tourist.

I still remember the homemade jams at breakfast, even though our holiday was back in 2018, our first visit to Albania. The staff were so friendly that we became friends with them. The house was enormous, spotless, and had every comfort. It was peaceful, with all the amenities within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to return soon. Highly recommended. The owner is always attentive, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was generous and changed every day. My room was spacious, with a sofa, an extra table, and a private bathroom. Perfect.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the peaceful setting away from the crowds was lovely. It’s a lovely family who treats you like one of their own. I felt like I was back in my childhood village 😃
