The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and went the extra mile. The Lord's Garden hotel in Ksamil exceeded our expectations on our first visit to Albania. Our spacious, modern room was very clean. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the beach, and close to shops, restaurants, and the bus station for Saranda. There’s also a bar and pool, though we were usually out or at the beach. We’d gladly return and recommend it.

The receptionist, Kristal, was such a kind and helpful person, always willing to go out of her way. The hotel was lovely and very clean, and all the staff were friendly. Highly recommended.

It’s a short walk from the city, and the hotel is peaceful, friendly, and well kept, which made it a great place for our family. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and you really feel looked after. The kids loved the clean swimming pool and enjoyed the tasty, varied breakfast every morning. The whole place was spotless, with care put into every detail. We’d definitely love to return.

Breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious, and the hotel’s quiet location was still close to the main attractions. From our arrival, the welcome was warm and attentive, and the rest of the staff were kind and professional too. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The stay went beyond what we expected, and we can’t wait to come back.

We stayed six nights at the Lord Hotel, and the hospitality and service made our Albania trip perfect. It’s close to everything but still far enough from the noise. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen at a hotel. I’d recommend it 10/10.
