The host was friendly and helpful, and we liked the little balcony and the air conditioning. Our room was clean and nice, with the basic amenities. There was a small set of cutlery and dishes for two in the kitchen, but no cutting board, dish soap, or towels for drying dishes. Seasonings were limited to salt and sugar. The bathroom wasn’t very practical. The whole floor gets wet when you shower and stays that way for the rest of the day, with nothing available to dry it. Older guests worried about slipping might find that concerning. The toilet seat was broken too. The accommodation is in a calmer part of Ksamil, which suited us. We found the town itself disappointing, though: very touristy, crowded beaches, and mostly restaurants aimed at tourists with little local culture. We wouldn’t suggest staying in Ksamil for more than a weekend.

We loved our stay so much that we added another night. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, even moving our bags to make the extra night hassle-free. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. Our spacious room had a gorgeous beach view, and we watched the sunset from the balcony. Such lovely, gentle people, I’d recommend the place 100% :)

This is my fourth time at Villa Ester, and the quality has stayed just as good. I’m here for the second time now and enjoying it again. The hosts are very nice, and you can choose a clean room or apartment, with or without a view. The rooms have small kitchens with cookware, so you can cook if you need to, plus air conditioning and clean towels. There are a few parking spaces at the villa and nearby. The huge balcony on top can be used for meals, including by a large group, and has a great view. Two beaches are about a five-minute walk away. Both charge for sunbeds and shades, with prices of 1000, 800, or 500 Lek.

We booked two rooms for 10 nights at a very good price. The place was very clean throughout, the hosts were really nice, and getting to beaches and restaurants was easy.
