The team was always glad to help with towels, taxis, the air conditioning, or Wi-Fi, and the room was very clean. The hotel is easy to spot from the Main Street, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It's a one-minute walk to the shopping mall and five minutes to Skënderbej Square. My stay was amazing.

The staff were always ready to help, and their hospitality made the stay feel special. The rooms were modern, spotless, and really comfortable. With the main attractions, restaurants, and lively streets nearby, the location was ideal. I couldn't have asked for a better visit to Tirana. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spotless, and the whole place felt welcoming. Tier Center is peaceful and comfortable inside, even though it's just steps from everything. The staff were so kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city who wants to be right by the center.

There were other empty rooms in better condition, but we were deliberately put in a corner room. As tourists, we depended on Wi-Fi, and there was none in our room. The fridge and AC didn't work either, and when we said it was cold, reception made no effort to offer another room or a heater. The blankets were dirty and smelled of oil, and there wasn't a bin. We felt we faced racism at this hotel, and the people there weren't friendly. Think twice before booking.

Hotel Tier was great. Right in the center of Tirana, and the staff were respectful and helped with everything I needed. The city mall and Tirana Castle are just steps away, both must-sees for a first visit.
