Football fans should enjoy the view toward the Stadium, while the hotel is also close to the city centre for regular visitors. The rooms were so clean and cozy that I felt at home. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Mikel, the waiter who always greeted us with a smile. I'll definitely return when I visit Kukës again.

We're from France and choose this hotel every time we come to Kukes. It's beautiful, clean, and well looked after, and the staff are very friendly. We really like staying here and highly recommend it.

We arrived by bike during a rain storm, and the staff were very accommodating with all our wet gear. The hotel was great, and everyone was extremely helpful.

I had the worst experience here after my family booked two rooms. I asked a staff member to make me a coffee and bring it to the balcony on my floor, but he refused, saying he would only send it to the room. I had already left that room, and the balcony was much closer anyway. I left at that point, and they didn't serve us breakfast either. I'll never come back and will tell all my people not to go there.

It looks good at first glance and is one of the better choices in Kukës, but closer inspection reveals quite a few problems with the low-quality construction typical of the Balkans. Compared with other hotels, the breakfast was disappointing. Still, the hotel is not among the worst options in town.
