Palmanova Beach Mardok

The hotel is a pleasant family-run place, and it’s clear the owners mean well. Still, the lack of English made things difficult, while missing proper signs and a weak reception made the hotel hard to locate. It doesn’t really meet today’s standards.

A few steps from the hotel is the beach, and the rooms themselves are clean and tidy. The restaurant service is excellent, with reasonable prices for the area. It’s a helpful family-run business, and I’d like to send my best wishes to Arjan and his family.

The location and view in Vlore are fantastic, and the stairs make the beach easy to reach. Our room had a wonderful view, and the peaceful setting suited both families and couples. Arjan, the owner, was very friendly and did his best to accommodate us, while the rest of the staff were welcoming too. Breakfast was included in the room price, with plenty of variety and really delicious food. We had a great, relaxing holiday here.

What stood out most was how relaxed and down-to-earth this place felt. The room was very clean, the price was comfortable, and the beach was right outside, close enough to hear the waves from bed. A staff member was waiting to help with parking once we said which hotel we were going to. The owners were extremely friendly, and the local fresh seafood was so good I couldn’t stop eating it. I’ve stayed in many places across Europe, the Balkans, the USA, and Mexico, and I really enjoyed this one. Come try it and see.
