Having its own parking lot was one of the most welcoming features of this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the boss was always available for questions and advice. Our room was immaculate and comfortable, the breakfast each morning was delicious, and the location was convenient for major attractions. I’d gladly stay here again.

Arel Hotel feels fresh, modern, and recently built, with spotless rooms and a stylish minimal design. It’s a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and what you might need in Saranda, while Ksamil is only a short drive away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of variety. I’d pick this place again without hesitation.

The breakfast at Arel Hotel was truly luxurious, honestly so good. We spent six nights here, and the spacious room had lovely decor, a comfortable bed, lots of storage, and everything else we needed. Service was also incredibly good, with such friendly and lovely people. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The owner was quick to respond and helped us with every question. Our room stayed clean, comfortable, and regularly serviced. The sea is only a few minutes away on foot, with private and public beaches nearby. Breakfast was tasty and varied enough that everyone could find something. We sincerely recommend it for a comfortable family holiday.

The booking confusion was frustrating because Bora Bora hotel had not yet removed its number from the non-functional Ocean Hotel, and that made the reservation unclear. Once there, though, Bora Bora Hotel was a very nice place to stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, breakfast had great variety and quantity, and any room problem was fixed quickly. It’s well placed for driving to Saranda’s different beaches and walking into town in the evening. I’d return.
