Breakfast on the terrace, with that spectacular view, was a lovely way to start each day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always checking that we had what we needed. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and super comfortable. The view is incredible, and the location is ideal, just steps from the beach and city center. This hotel was a great discovery. Highly recommend for a long or short holiday.

The terrace was a highlight. Breakfast there was fantastic every morning, and in the evenings it turned into a cozy place to have delicious cocktails under the city lights by the water. New Heaven Hotel is right by the sea in one of the best areas of the city, with breathtaking views and easy beach access. My room was spotless, the sea view made me feel connected to the ocean throughout my stay, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The center is only a short walk away, with Saranda's main attractions, bars, and top restaurants close by. It was absolutely worth the price. I'd recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, memorable stay by the sea.

There was nothing to fault. The room had a spectacular view and everything we could need, the facilities were beautiful, and breakfast was fabulous. It was perfect.

That rooftop bar view was simply amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. I stayed here for 6 days, and the staff were polite and competent. A very cozy, lovely hotel. I'd definitely book again on my next visit to Sarande.
