A really bad experience. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, the outlets were far too high to use, and nobody replied when I reported the problem. I left after one night and moved to Mino House, where the staff were absolutely amazing and the stay was far better. I don’t recommend IdealApartHotel.

The room itself was nice, but the service wasn’t kind. She knocked on our door over and over, five minutes before checkout, and was rather rude. There was almost no internet, and although there was a TV, nearly every channel was in Albanian.

I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was lovely, and when my flight was delayed, the owner called to check on me after I said I’d be arriving late. They let me check in very late at no extra cost. The room was big and very clean, with a sea-view balcony. It had a fridge, LCD TV, kitchenette, hair dryer and AC, plus two extra bunk beds that would be great for a family. The bathhouse was quite small, and it seemed the room was cleaned every day unless you stayed in all day.

For the price, this hotel was really worth it. The staff were welcoming and the room was good. I’d recommend booking here.

The location was the only thing I could give two stars for, and I already knew where it was. The service was terrible. They tried to charge me for an extra day because they had no card machine. Expedia and Hotels.com tried to contact them, but all the website contact details were wrong. I never got the 17€ or 1700lek day rate refunded.
