The beach nearby was lovely and the area itself felt peaceful, but the stay was a serious disappointment. The biggest issue was the host's response when I said I couldn't stay any longer. He offered no alternative, compensation, or real apology, and said leaving was my choice when I asked about a refund. He also brought up having his own family to support. Getting proper rest was hard. Sounds carried easily through the property, from the host's family and children to people next door, and the bed was extremely stiff, more like a camp cot. If you're taller than 1.85 meters, the wooden frame can leave your legs uncomfortable too. The internet barely worked, and mobile coverage in the area was poor as well. There were also occasional insects indoors and no hot water in the mornings. If privacy and quiet matter to you, I'd look into this place carefully before booking.

The location was calm, with a nice beach about a five-minute walk away, but I wouldn't stay here again. Internet barely worked, cutting out constantly at close to zero speed, and mobile data wasn't working either. Inside the villa, you can hear practically everything, including the owners' child playing or crying and neighbors talking normally. The mattress was so uncomfortable I worried about my back, and if you're over 1.85, the wooden bed edge will keep hitting your legs. Ants sometimes came in from outside, and there was no hot water in the morning. When I told the owner the place wasn't what I expected and that I couldn't stay, he didn't offer a solution or compensation. He said the internet would be fixed and everything else was fine, then called my concerns whims. He refused a refund, saying it was my decision to leave and that he had children to feed.

The view from Vila Sulozeqi was the part I kept coming back to. Our balcony looked over the turquoise Ionian Sea, and mornings with coffee or evenings watching the sunset felt wonderfully peaceful. The host was kind and available from check-in, offering local tips and helping with requests. Our room was roomy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. It was easy to get to both the city center and nearby beaches. I had a fantastic visit to Sarande, Albania, and would happily recommend Vila Sulozeqi. Thanks for making the trip so memorable. We can't wait to return!

The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, and there's a small beach close by. Our room was spacious, newly furnished, and had a lovely sea view. The new villa was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were helpful and really nice. I'd recommend it.

The place has air conditioning, a fridge, and a TV, but getting there was difficult. There's no name or number marking the hotel, so we weren't sure whether we'd found the right place. I don't think the parking area is monitored by CCTV, and it seemed to be private parking for the owner. We parked outside.
