Right beside the lake, this hotel and restaurant has comfortable rooms with balconies and a very nice lake view. The meals are delicious and reasonably priced, while the personnel are friendly and helpful. You can swim in the lake and sunbathe too.

The lake view is breathtaking, and the beach is clean, empty, and ideal for swimming. With tasty food and nice service, it's a great place for an afternoon trip, especially if you want to enjoy the sunset.

We found Balani Bar Restaurant by chance while driving beside the lake and stopped for lunch. The food was simple, fresh, and tasty, the service was friendly and efficient, and the view was incredible. There is also a beautiful, empty beach that was perfect for swimming in the lake. A very idyllic spot and an excellent destination for a day by the lake from Shkodër.

In Zogaj village, this lovely hotel sits right on the shore of lake Shkoder. The people are very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommended for families.

The Balani family made us feel welcome, and we met three generations of them during our stay. The lake views are stunning, the atmosphere is warm, and chef Mostafa prepared fresh, very tasty food. It's easy to walk down to the water, though water shoes would make it more comfortable. Our child had a wonderful time playing with the Balani family’s kids, which made the visit even nicer. For a beautiful local place with great views and service, this is perfect.
