The people and food were a six for me, but the room was maybe a two for sleeping. The service was very good, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was healthy and really good. The lobby wine list only had one red and one white, but both were good. Noise was the problem. You could hear the door latches unlocking and doors banging all night into the early morning. The doors had gaps and no soundproofing. Upstairs, every footstep came through, along with what sounded like furniture being moved until 1 or 2 am. On Saturday, the dining room became a party space, and there was no way to quiet it down.

The convenient, safe location made it easy to get around Tirana, and the staff were attentive with useful food and sightseeing suggestions. Arte Boutique Hotel had clean rooms, a welcoming feel, and beautiful design. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'd recommend it to anyone. ♥️♥️♥️

The place looked promising when I found it on Google while searching for a bar or restaurant serving brunch. Once I sat down, though, the service was the worst I've seen in years. I waited over 30 minutes and nobody came to take our order. Servers passed us several times as if we weren't there, while tables were left covered in dishes from who knows how long. They served people they knew right away, so I guess they have their preferences. You really can't judge this place by its cover.

Arte Hotel is right in the heart of Tirana, close to the city's culture, historic landmarks, and nightlife, while still offering a calm place to return to. The food was a highlight for us: every dish was beautifully presented and prepared, and the attentive, knowledgeable waitstaff made meals feel personal. Our rooms were luxurious, the service was impeccable, and the staff paid attention to every detail. The amenities were excellent, and the team went above and beyond. Arte Hotel exceeded all my expectations, with cleanliness and a great location adding to a memorable stay.

We waited quite a while for our order because the place was packed and service was a little slow. Still, it's a lovely, sunny spot with a cozy, inviting feel. I was glad they kept serving breakfast after noon. The eggs benedict were delicious, and the pancakes were just right.
