The location is pretty good and the staff were friendly, though they spoke very little English. The hotel's charming at first, but it's showing its age: there was mold around the windows, peeling paint, and a broken bathroom door handle that meant I had to change rooms. The bed sagged, and breakfast was a joke. At 8:20 there was just one egg left, and nothing had been replenished.

We spent 13 days at Classic Hotel with my family and were very, very satisfied. The restaurant menu was incredible, the chef was fantastic, and it stayed open until 11pm. There's also a great free breakfast buffet. Around the area we could find everything we needed, and it was a 15-minute walk to downtown Tirana. The room was lovely, cosy, and super clean. Everything felt cosy, clean, organized, and very well managed. All the staff were amazing, from the waiters and cooks to the bartenders and the front desk girls. We'll be back soon. Five stars, baby.

I made the reservation on booking, but the room wasn't available. The reception and lounge area at least looked quite nice.

The whole team was gracious and hospitable, and the front desk staff were phenomenal. The young women there helped me track down a lost passport, arrange extra lighting for my room, and quickly fix a malfunctioning AC unit. They also sorted taxis, meals, and even a manicure. Just wonderful.

Breakfast was prepared especially for us in advance, and they found a way for us to park the car despite limited space. It's a well-kept hotel with excellent service. I'd recommend it.
