Hilton Garden Inn Tirana Hotel

The hotel itself is fantastic: modern, well kept, clean and comfortable, with warm, professional staff who were attentive from check-in through check-out. The bar closing at 23:00 was a small inconvenience when we wanted a drink after an evening out. The arranged taxi was more frustrating. The driver added an airport parking fee to the price we’d already agreed, and wouldn’t take a card, so we had to get cash from the hotel ATM and pay a steep €8 fee. A public taxi is about half the price and has clear pricing, so I’d use one of those instead.

The team were excellent and very attentive, especially Nertila. They called a taxi for me and had great restaurant suggestions. If you’re only in Tirana briefly, the hotel may feel a bit far from the center, so I might choose somewhere else. For a longer stay, I’d recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and well organized, and the staff were happy to share tips about Tirana and Albania. At check-in, the attendant was great, and the manager came over to introduce herself. She was kind and attentive, and offered a complimentary room upgrade because of my Gold status, along with a few drinks. A great experience from beginning to end. I’d gladly stay again.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of tasty choices, and the service throughout the hotel made for a welcoming stay. Hilton Garden Inn Tirana is modern, stylish and spotless, with roomy, comfortable accommodations. The staff were friendly, professional and ready to help from arrival to departure. Restaurants and shops are close by, and the main attractions are a short drive or a pleasant walk away. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily return for work or leisure.
