The staff were the real highlight at Hortus hotel. I talked with at least four different people and the owner, and everyone was friendly and keen to help. They made me feel at home. Thanks to all of you! The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre, with supermarkets, cafés and barber shops nearby. Rossmann is right next door if you’ve forgotten deodorant or toothpaste 😉. There’s also a big police station beside it, so I think it’s quite a safe spot. My room was modern and nice, and I loved the bathroom tiles. Breakfast was tasty and had all the essentials. I also ate several times at Pasta & Basta across the road, which was handy, tasty and good value.

Just 3 minutes from Scanderbeg square and beside a Police station, the location feels very safe. The rooms are so clean, warm and attentive to detail that you start wanting to live there :) The staff were super friendly and helpful 😊

The staff made our visit feel special from the moment we arrived. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday with our 7-month-old baby, and were surprised by a cake and birthday balloons decorating the room. During breakfast, the F&B lady staff was kind and attentive, and even helped care for our baby. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff had asked about our preferences in advance. We’re very grateful to her. Finding Hotel Hortus Tirana was a little difficult at first, but they had sent a location map ahead of time. We messaged the hotel’s WhatsApp number on arrival and receptionist Orlando replied right away. He came within minutes, welcomed us, and safely parked our car in the hotel parking. He was very helpful and professional. Another lady staff member greeted us with a lovely smile at check-in and made us feel at home. The hotel is newly opened, clean and well maintained. At checkout, we met the friendly, welcoming owner at reception. We chose the hotel based on reviews, and it exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely love to come back and recommend Hotel Hotes Tirana to anyone visiting Albania.

The owners’ focus on quality and detail shows throughout Hortus Hotel Tirana. Its elegant design, stylish interiors and carefully arranged spaces make it feel modern, warm and relaxing, with excellent comfort. I was truly impressed on my recent visit. It seems like a great choice for anyone seeking a design focused boutique hotel in the city, and I highly recommend it.
