Jata Hotel

The people here are what made our stay so good. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and attentive, from reception to the cleaning and breakfast teams. The manager deserves a special mention: he gave us great local restaurant and day trip recommendations, then personally helped with a couple of small requests, always with a smile and real eagerness to help. It's clear he leads a team that cares about guest service. The hotel itself was modern, clean, comfortable, and had great amenities.

The location and hospitality were just right, and the staff were always helpful and took care of what we needed. They made us feel at home. One of the best places I've ever stayed, and I highly recommend it.

A great first night in Albania, especially if you want somewhere calm after a flight. The hotel is high enough to watch the sunset, and you can walk to the Golden Fish near a beautiful lake with lights and plenty going on. There's a pub or bar in front of the hotel if you want a drink, and a rooftop for some quiet and sky views. The hotel is clean and great, and the bed is huge!

The rooftop restaurant was the highlight for me. Its panoramic city views made dinner unforgettable, and the food was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and carefully prepared. The service there was flawless. The bar also had a great range of drinks and cocktails, with attentive staff who knew how to make them well. Hotel Jata Crown was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the warm welcome made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The whole stay was exceptional, whether for business, leisure, or a special night out. I can't recommend it highly enough; it deserves all five stars.
