We had a four-night stay at Privilege Hotel and I'd give the experience 9.0/10, or five stars. The staff were extremely friendly, and our room was very clean when we arrived. The standard room had enough space and storage for two, with a large, comfortable bed. The spa was open free of charge around the clock, and we loved our massage there. We were also given complimentary fruit and juices and a Turkish bath for two. Breakfast had plenty of choices and ran until noon, which made it easy to sleep in and have a relaxed morning. The restaurant prices seemed fair, with sea bass fillet at €12 and Caesar salad at €7. I'd rate the food 4 out of 5. My one drawback was that smoking was allowed throughout, including the rooms, restaurant, and pool area. Even so, I'd choose this hotel again in Tirana.

The pool and jacuzzi were very dirty, with visible particles both large and small, which made me uncomfortable. The spa's 24-hour access is great, but perhaps it needs to close for at least two hours for cleaning. We also mentioned that the TV network wasn't working and nobody came to look at it. Thankfully, the TV was smart, so we could use YouTube. The hotel itself was okay, and the staff were nice, especially in the dining room. Compliments to the chef for a delicious, beautifully made dinner. The male receptionist also kindly gave us goodbye drinks, which was a helpful touch. Check-in could be more detailed and attentive.

The heated pool and jacuzzi being open 24/7 were a real highlight. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and service felt premium. Every member of staff was kind, amazing, and very professional, and they gave us lots of free drinks 😁. It was an awesome stay, and I know I'll be back. Many thanks to the staff, merci beaucoup!

I had an amazing visit with my friend. The room was beautiful, the pool was great, and the people were so nice. Everything felt perfect, especially thanks to Jeni (xheni), who helped us so much and was always kind and smiling. She was one of the best people we met in Albania.

The bus stop right outside made getting around easy, with reliable buses to town and Teg shopping centre every 5-10 minutes, so there was no need for a taxi. The location was great. My room at Privilege Hotel & Spa was very spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved my stay and would return. I recommend the hotel.
