Rooms Dionis

The location is excellent, right in the center and a five-minute walk from the airport bus shuttle. The people working there were lovely, and the service was great. Our room was good, with a huge, very comfortable bed and a clean, nice bathroom. We had booked a private bathroom, but had to leave the room to get to it, and people could see us going there. Another room also had access, so it wasn’t clear that it was only for us. It wasn’t a huge issue, though. Breakfast was just a fried egg, some sausage, and coffee, not as good or as traditional as breakfasts we’d had elsewhere in Albania. Still, I’d recommend the place. They also let us leave our luggage and pick it up later, which was very nice :)

Dionis, thank you! It’s a family-run place with such a warm welcome that we felt at home. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The homemade breakfast was fresh and tasty, with cake, pancake crepes, and local eggs, cheese, and vegetables. The AC worked well, and the shower and hot water were reliable. There’s hand soap, but bring your own toiletries. There’s also a lockable drawer for your things. We felt safe both in the hotel and the area.

The windows don’t close very well, so they aren’t soundproof. Still, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom, though a bit old, worked fine. We arrived late and the host met us outside the building. Breakfast was tasty and more than enough, and the hotel is right in the center of Tirana.

I found the room quiet and comfortable. The host was great and helpful, and the location is very central, with access through the shopping galleria.
