Unik Hotel

We extended our stay because the room at Unik Hotel was so comfortable and spacious that I really didn't want to leave. There was loads of luggage storage, a huge bed, a sitting area and a desk that worked well for getting things done. The wardrobe had robes and a safe. The bathroom was enormous too. The shower was in its own room, with a rainfall head that could cure most people's depression. A well-stocked vanity separated the bathroom area from the toilet room, which had a bidet. The modern design was lovely, and the sensor lights save energy. The bed was wonderfully soft. The minibar had plenty in it, though the prices were high, as is typical. I was a little disappointed that bottled water wasn't free. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast downstairs was freshly cooked and tasty, and the restaurant has a fancy feel. I had dinner there too, and the staff were warm and friendly. The meal was generous, delicious and came out quickly. A great stay near the zoo and lake. I can confidently recommend this hotel.

The location worked perfectly for us, about a five-minute walk from Olympic park and beside the zoo, so we didn't need a taxi anywhere. The restaurant was great too, and I'll definitely come back. I was surprised by how nice the hotel was: the rooms have been fully renovated, are spacious and sparkling clean, with a super-comfy bed and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A stylish, lovely hotel, with beautiful rooms and kind staff. It's close to the park, so you can explore Tirana and still enjoy the quiet there. Breakfast is very basic, though. If you want a good one, better to eat in town.

Our stay was worth the money, and we'll definitely return. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a lovely balcony view of the nearby lake and mountain. The staff were excellent, and fresh food was served at Gambler restaurant and Pavarotti pizzaria. It's a welcoming family business, close to the night clubs.
