Getting around from here was a pain. It’s far from everything, so you need a car or taxi, or have to walk along busy main roads, which isn’t pleasant. The room itself was clean, but there were hardly any amenities, not even a kettle. Staff weren’t friendly or welcoming, and reception was often unattended. The layout is awkward too, with reception almost right beside the breakfast room. There’s no porter, even though you have to climb a few steps to get to the elevator.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and attentive, and that made my stay feel like a five-star one. I told her I’d come back, and I definitely will. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the city center, and my room was bright and pleasant. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but most of it was fresh and the coffee was good. There aren’t really any extras, and the entrance, reception and breakfast area are all in the same space. For the price, I think it’s usually more of a four-star hotel, but I had a great stay. Thanks for everything.

The balcony was a nice bonus, and the hotel is close to lots of restaurants and bars in Tirana. My room was clean, and breakfast was decent.
