The women on staff were all kind and helpful, and they kept the place clean. Gysi, the maintenance man, was great too. That’s the only reason I’m giving one star. I’d stayed here for years because the staff had always been so nice and the place was clean. Parking was always tight, but this time it became a bigger problem. I was woken up so I could move my car, or told I’d have to find and pay for private parking since there was no space at the hotel. A receptionist would wake me whenever he wanted to let someone else move in or out. The worst part was a waiter, I think his name was Artemis. He swore at me and tried to start a fight. I reported it to other staff and asked them to tell the owner. They said the owner knew, but nothing happened. No one contacted me or even apologized. I’m Albanian myself and would be the last person to complain about someone’s business here, but when the owner knows this is happening and does nothing, it feels like customers don’t matter. I’ve never seen a hotel let a staff member curse at and fight with a guest without management getting in touch. They also moved me to a smaller room for two days but still charged me for the suite. I won’t come back. The way the waiter treated me, and the owner’s lack of response, are something I won’t forget. Shame on whoever runs this place and lets this happen.

The location made getting around Tirana easy, with many important spots nearby. I spent three nights at Vila Verde Hotel with my family, and it was a peaceful, pleasant visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for a family stay. From arrival on, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Staff were consistently kind and ready to help, and everything was well organized. I’d recommend it to families visiting Tirana.

We had a wonderful stay, with comfortable rooms, a lovely city view, and a fair price. The restaurant food was great, and the staff were even better, very friendly and helpful. The building was clearly well looked after. Parking is limited, but that’s a small complaint. I’d recommend the place for a vacation, a work trip, or pretty much any reason to visit.

Breakfast came with the room rate, and the hotel was good value for money. My friend and I stayed for two days and had a very good time. A special thanks to Alba at reception. She was always smiling and brought such positive energy, which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Best wishes from us.

I was there in November, and the place had a warm feel. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s in a rural area. The receptionist was kind and took care of all our requests. I’d recommend booking here.
