Tela was especially warm and helpful, and the hotel's location made it easy to get to everything we needed. My mother and I were happy we stayed here. Our room was modern, tidy, and clean, and we’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

We left very early the next day because we no longer wanted to stay. When we messaged the owner, there was no reply. We run a small hotel in Greece, so we know how a hotel should be managed and how clients should be spoken to. When we went to rest in our room, the quilt was covered in hair, and the bathroom had water and hair left by previous guests. We were also locked out at the hotel's main entrance. They blamed a man staying there for locking the door, but it was strange that the owner of a hotel couldn't get in if something happened.

After a long day travelling, we arrived late and a lovely gentleman welcomed us, helped us park, and carried our luggage. In the morning, a breakfast tray arrived while we were packing, with the tastiest chocolate croissants. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice floral feel. I’d suggest this place to anyone visiting Tirana.

For one night, my small room had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, modern shower bathroom, and even a TV with YouTube and Netflix. WiFi and breakfast were included, and they brought breakfast to my room. The staff were really friendly. I paid 38€ through Booking, basically 35€ for a double room plus city tax. It’s a bit outside the center, about a 45min walk to Skanderbeg Square. My room had no window, so there was no natural light. Still, it was a very pleasant place to stay.
