The rooms were dirty, and I found the owner terrible, unprofessional, and lacking class. I’d tell people to stay away from this hotel. Booking here could ruin your holiday.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Still, the service was poor and the breakfast was terrible, so I’d call the hotel average.

Looks nice from the outside, but it wasn't the best.

We regret staying here. The rooms were dirty, and water leaked in the bathroom. The manager made inappropriate remarks to my wife. I also saw that the hotel describes itself as a brothel on its front. I wouldn't recommend going there. It was the worst hotel of my life.

The owner made us a traditional breakfast, simple but enough. Our beds felt a bit hard, though everything else was neat. The old town street by the hotel is pretty, with souvenir shops and terraces, but the beach takes a bit of walking to reach. We drove to Narte beach the next day, about 19 minutes away. It was beautiful and quiet. The host was warm, friendly, and helpful when we arrived. Finding Hotel Vlora by car can be tricky around Justin Godard/Irfa Shehu, with one-way roads and traffic jams. Highly recommended.
