The owner was very accommodating, and the bed was comfortable, though softer than I like. In old dilijan, the guesthouse has a shared kitchen and washing machine, and it’s well-equipped. I highly recommend staying here.

We liked having the common room and communal kitchen, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern. The host is very friendly and keen to help, and can arrange tours and transfers. It’s in a great spot near the historic area, with excellent restaurants a 5 minute walk away.

We chose the suite with a balcony and bathroom, and it was an excellent choice. The house is very cozy and super clean, with four rooms connected to a shared area and kitchen. The owners are extremely hospitable and make the stay pleasant. We recommend the breakfast the house lady offers.

Grant was the highlight of our stay. He makes a good breakfast, took us on a great tour to Lake Sevan, and arranged transport to Yerevan. The cozy house has very comfortable beds, and its location is perfect, just outside the town’s amenities and restaurants. Highly recommended. If I return to Dilijan, I’d absolutely stay here again!
