The owner was so helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless. It had its own bathroom and kitchen, and we could use the washing machine for free. Best guesthouse in Gyumri!

We had such a good time with the host and his father. The beds were comfortable and the location was great, but it was the warm, hospitable people who made our first stay in Armenia so good. Thanks for everything. If I return to Gyumri, I'll stay here again.

We had everything we needed in the comfortable apartment, and its location made it easy to see gymri on foot. The host and you father are really friendly!

For an overnight stay, this was a lovely choice. The owner speaks English really well and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are cozy and have what you need. Definitely check it out!

The room was clean, but cramped for four people. The yard wasn't laid out well and there's nothing to do there, so you're left going into the city or staying in your room.
