Erkan Alek Heritage Hotel

Right in Gyumri's historic heart, this is a really nice and comfortable hotel. The price is very attractive, the rooms are pleasant, and the beds are comfy. We had everything we needed for a nice weekend. Simply the best place to stay in Armenia's northern capital. Warm greetings to the hosts!

I stayed four nights and never had even the slightest inconvenience. The place has clearly been designed and cared for with love, and it feels beautifully put together as soon as you walk in. The host was lovely, caring, and very hospitable, just as people in Gyumri tend to be. The kitchen area was still under construction while I was there. Once it's finished, it should complete the place wonderfully. For now, the rooms have a little kitchenette corner where you can make coffee or get a snack from the mini fridge. Gyumri is also full of excellent restaurants and cafes, so it wasn't a big issue. I absolutely loved this quiet, cozy place in the heart of Gyumri. And that open shower! I'd recommend it to anyone. It's still my number one choice when I'm back in town.

The location made it really easy to get around on foot and explore Gyumri's historic and cultural sights. The people were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I spent a weekend here on a recent trip, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. My room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gyumri, you're in great hands. I can't wait to stay again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at the end of November. The hotel and rooms are newly built, beautiful, and well equipped. I'll definitely stay here again when I next visit Gyumri.
