Finding somewhere to eat in Sevan city took a long time, and when I finally did, I was the only guest. It was pretty hilarious, just me and one cook, but the food was tasty. The guesthouse itself is simple and quiet, with much more charm inside than its plain exterior suggests. Breakfast was good, and the daughter speaks English and French. She also acts as the contact person for a sister city in France, though I can't remember which one.

The owners' granddaughter speaks English very well, and they were all really helpful, sharing lots of information about Armenia. The room was impressive and very clean. It did cost more than similar B&Bs, though.
