The guest house is new and clean, with large rooms and nice showers and washrooms. I stayed one night in Gyumri while heading to Georgia. The owner and management were very friendly: they helped book my mashrutka for the next day, came with me to the bus station, and made sure things were all right. It’s a short walk to the bus station, around 15 minutes on foot to the train station, and the old town is easy to reach on foot too. It was a great stay, and I’m grateful for all the help. Finding it at first is a little tricky: go up the stairs to a place that looks like a gym or something. Once inside, the guest house entrance is easy to spot.
