Jermuk Guest House

The staff's indifference left me disappointed. When heavy snow made it hard to get my car out of the Ararat Hotel parking lot in Jermuk, I asked for help clearing the snow around it. They refused and told me to do it myself, even though my car had been scratched and I hadn't asked them to cover any damage. I found that treatment of a guest, especially a woman, unacceptable. I know winter can bring difficulties, but I would have appreciated more attention and a more customer-focused response. I hope management addresses this and improves the service.

Don't go to the manicure parlor at Ararat Sanatorium. The experience was stressful and felt more like an ordeal than a beauty treatment. The room was dark and uncomfortable, with no proper lighting, so I wondered how the technician could see what she was cutting. I also found the instruments weren't disinfected before use, which poses a serious risk of infection or fungus. The manicure was done dry, and my nails weren't degreased before the polish went on, so it peeled within a couple of days. The technician said outright that she couldn't do a French manicure or work with gel polish, and there were hardly any services to choose from. They quoted one price at first, then charged much more. That kind of work wasn't worth the cost. If you care about your nails and health, avoid this place. The resort administration should be ashamed of this service in 2026.

It's a really great treatment center, with a good range of health and wellness procedures for its clients. There's a saltwater pool, which is good for your health and included in the treatment program, and a dining room that's open around the clock. Inside, there's also a game room with billiards, ping pong, chess, table football, and Xbox 360. From time to time, they hold a disco inside with a DJ.

A great place to stay in Jermuk, with really kind and welcoming staff. They also offer taxi service at a very reasonable price. Thank you!
