Azoyan Holiday Resort

We had to cancel at the last minute, so we never got to stay at the guesthouse. The hosts were very understanding and kind about it, and their warm, flexible communication left us with a great impression. We’ll definitely book here next time.

The shared lounge is roomy and comfortable, and there’s a washing machine guests can use, which is handy when traveling. Mher and his family welcomed us warmly, along with their dog and cat. We had a fantastic stay.

We only spent a night at Azoyan resort, but the time with the team made it the most memorable part of our visit to Armenia. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat. There’s a spacious dining area, a kitchen, table tennis, and a billiard table too. The team can arrange a trip to the nearby megalithic complex of Zorats Karer. We also joined a comfortable car tour to Ughtassar petroglyphs and lake, one of the country’s most amazing places. There are hundreds of rock images, and wildlife lovers might spot surprises like bearded vultures, bears, and foxes. Thanks, team Azoyan, see you again!

There’s plenty to do around Sisian, and the family running this house gave us useful suggestions for the area. It’s a friendly place, with tasty breakfast and pleasant shared spaces.
