Four Seasons Hotel

The day we were due to check in, after we'd reserved several weeks earlier and confirmed everything, the hotel messaged to say a "technical issue" meant they couldn't host us. We later learned the reservation had been canceled so the room could be rented to someone else for twice the price. That's dishonest and unprofessional. They can't be relied on if they'll cancel a confirmed booking for a better offer. Save yourself the stress and choose somewhere that respects its guests. Do not book this hotel.

We arrived with a confirmed reservation made well in advance, only to be told there were "water issues" and the hotel couldn't accommodate us. That excuse was plainly untrue. It quickly became clear they'd rented our room to someone else for double the price. We were left without a place to stay despite having booked. This kind of dishonesty and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. They put profit ahead of their commitments and treating guests with respect. Don't trust this place, save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

It was my first day in Yerevan, and the night at Seasons hotel turned into a nightmare. I'd booked three rooms, and he gave me rooms 10, 12, and 11. They were filthy, the toilet stank, and the towels hadn't been washed. The host on duty at night was drunk and called us "you Indian." I had several more days in Armenia planned, but decided to check out. This is the worst place to stay. Please don't stay here.

At 4 am we were put out onto the freezing street because of overbooking. The receptionist was drunk and said this always happens with Booking.com reservations. He hissed, “Should I call manager fast or bit slow?” then told me, “I will not give you my name. Go away before I become mad.” I've never been treated like that anywhere, at any time.
