A Hotel Yerevan Hotel

I stayed for a week in March. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came regularly, and the spa center was great. But the rooms were definitely smaller than they looked in the photos. I had mentioned my birthday in the booking, and they did nothing about it. I wasn't expecting a gift, but a congratulatory call would've been nice. That's the sort of service hotels in this category provide. It spoiled my impression of the hotel. I'm not sure I'll return, and I won't recommend it to friends. There are better hotels in Yerevan for this price.

Hasmik, one of the customer service representatives, went above and beyond to take care of us. The whole staff was attentive, and their service really stood out. My friends and I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Courtyard during our recent trip to Yerevan. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We highly recommend it, and thank you all for making the trip so enjoyable!

The location is spot on, and since the hotel is new, the rooms are really nice. But what stood out most was how warmly everyone welcomed us. Hasmik at reception was professional and so helpful. She noticed we were Bonvoy associates, suggested things to do and places to eat, and gave us a city map. Breakfast was just as welcoming. Thanks to the hostess and Sona for the kind service. When she heard we had an early departure, Sona even offered to prepare a breakfast box. Really well done.

The way the team treated Lori, the dog I rescued in Armenia, touched me deeply. They welcomed her with the same care and respect as any guest. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, beautiful, and in a great spot. A really special stay, and one I’d happily recommend.
